Since Queen frontman Freddy Mercury passed away.
I wonder how much more success they would have had if he lived.

Damn, I was already old then! To answer your question I doubt he would have had any long-term success because people that like good music are dying off. This no talent cunt has gotten rich and it wasn't by people that like good music or any "music" for that matter.

This is true. Nirvana, Pearl Jam, AIC, etc. were starting to take hold, so you make a good point.
But this is Queen we are talking about, and I thought Innuendo was an excellent album (though I didn't know at the time Freddy was so close to the end), still would have been interesting to see what they would have followed that with. Seeing that his death was 30 years ago made me feel old as well.

It would have been interesting to see where Freddy would have went musically. He was dabbling in Opera before his death. Still I remember the first time I seen them on The Midnight Special, gosh was that good. My country and western parents were on the couch having heart attacks and strokes lol
