photos.app.goo.gl/QzsESjHBmmYo5zJ47I'm not sure how the Armacell brand would look, but the EVA/PVA foam at 0.070" thick completely seals and allows for maximum bolt torque without bending the rim of the Midwoofer much. Member Jaycee had a good picture of what that looks like when a lot of torque is applied. Listening to Strawberry Moon by Grover and the bass and kick drums never sounded better... photos.app.goo.gl/TZKY91qxwvFbc32V9

I think this template is great, not just for cutting gaskets but it could be used as a drilling gage for adding 4 perfectly located holes to people's Midwoofers and baffles, to get more even pressure and greater coupling to the baffle. All you'd need to do is add 4 holes, maybe 3/16" dia. People could attach the template to the MW + speaker and drill right through the MW basket rim and the speaker baffle in one shot. In the case of Rob's Rings already installed, a 3/16" OD bushing with ID to clear a #8 tap drill would be helpful to drill through the steel rings prior to tapping. I wonder if PVC or ABS would hold up for this use. Maybe it would last long enough to do a fair amount of holes.
